Literally every single symptom and I didm't listen and now I have gotten physically ill and can't eat the same amount/etc.
So Im taking a quiet week.
Question is… do I try and keep calories high to recover (even though Im getting sick from the amount of food) or should I lower calories and drop from like 1800-2000 (making me physically ill) to like 1500?
Ahhh
Help.

Routine was pretty hard.
Day 1 = chest/tris/shoulders + cardio (low set/high rep .. lighter weight)
Day 2 = bis/back + cardio (low set/high rep)
Day 3 = legs/abs (low set/high rep)
Day 4 = yoga
Day 5 = chest/tris/shoulders + hitt (high set/low rep … heavy weight)
Day 6 = bis/back + hitt (high set/low rep)
Day 7 = legs/abs (high set/low rep)
Day 8 = yoga

No, if you are ill, like physically ill take some time off to get back on your feet. If you want to keep doing yoga keep doing yoga, but you could take a day off else where, change your routine so you are not going 6x a week, you can still hit every body part 2x a week if you want with a diff set up. If you are struggling to eat X amount of cals, you would probably have less trouble if you made diff food choices to help you get to the number you have calculated.
Eat the damn yolk.

If you're ill and recovering, just stay home and get some rest. No point contributing to the festive germotopia known as the gym, or taking a chance of catching something else. Try to eat at maintenance but don't stress about it too much, especially to the point where you're getting even more sick from the food. Rest and hydration should be your priority, not meal planning and exercise. Ease back into things when you're feeling better.
C'mon abs! I know you're under there!
