It's sad that this is what society has come to music-wise, I can honestly say this is the worst song I've ever heard, yet it keeps getting played on the radio and everyone loves it.
He has one 'verse' in the whole song, and his words are bearly comprehensible, and sound as if he couldn't think of any rhymes so he resorted to mumbling some half-words with OOHHHH thrown in so it sounds like it rhymes.
