Blood, sweat, and madness. Jamier11 takes on R3.
Ill get into all the details about myself for tomorrow's first OFFICIAL workout.
But let me give you the lowdown on my first serving of R3 today, followed by a 20 minute jog.
Taste: 7/10 Pretty tasty. However, there are some little white pieces that dont dilute into the water, and they taste a little bitter.
Energy: 8/10 Wow, I didnt expect this. I thought the energy formula in R3 wouldnt be enough to really energize me. I was completely wrong. I had great energy about 15 minutes after consuming the first half of the serving before my run and finished off the second serving after my run.
Mixibility- 7/10 Once again, everything mixed awesome except for the white particles.
LEGS will be tomorrow, and i will be able to get a much better idea of how effective R3 is.

Ok so here is some info about me.
Who is Jamier11?
Age: 19
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 199
Squat: ~275
Bench: ~230
Deadlift: ~350
Strongest muscle groups: Chest, triceps, lats
Weakest muscle groups: Legs, Delts
Goal: Be 212-215 lbs by March 12th.
-Squat 315
-Bench 260
-Deadlift 400
Supplements I will be using to get there:
-AST micronized creatine monohydrate
-100% ON Whey Protein
-ON Serious Mass weightgainer
-NOW ADAM
-RPM (preworkout)
-R3
I will be using a push/pull system (and legs, of course). I leave 4 days rest in between working each body part again. It's as simple as that.
I will be detailed, honest, and unbiased. I have never used an EAA or BCAA product before so this should be fun. I will be dosing one scoop of R3 per workout and will be drinking it during and after my workout.
Now, im off to the gym to give my legs a beating!
Peace,
J

Comments: Amazing intensity today. I came into this workout feeling lethargic and unmotivated. I sipped 2/3 of a single serving of R3 during the workout. By the end of my workout, I was still incredibly motivated.
I also noticed quite a pump in my calves today. I had a vein sweeping around my shin that ive never seen before. Thats an excellent sign considering the fact that im bulking.
I felt great about my strength today. I got a great burn in my calves, quads, and hamstrings. I might have to up the front squat weight, too.
Im still going relatively light on my back squats because my lower back has given me some troubles the past month or so. Expect to see me loading 225 on the bar for sets as soon as my lower back gets enough rest.
Well, this was an awesome workout, and i look forward to back and biceps tomorrow!
And i should add that i am very thankful that Hard Nutrition has given me the opportunity to log R3. TrueAthlete worked his ass off to get this package to me, as UPS repeatedly effed up the delivery. So i would like to thanks TrueAthlete and the folks at Hard Nutrition for making this possible. I will have fun with it.
Peace,
J

Comments: Well, i went for some very high volume today and it felt easy. I was energized, and was beating my muscles into submission. By the end of the workout though, i felt like i could have kept lifting for another hour. That must be the R3 kicking in, because ive never felt so lively after such a grueling workout.
There is no way im going to cut this time around without a intra-workout supp. Im really starting to like the effects of R3.
Comments welcome!
thanks,
J

Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
Incline Bench
135x10 warmup
135x 5 warmup
185x10
205x3 (could've had 4 I think but no spotter at this point)
185x8
Comments: Did not expect 8 reps on my last set, i thought i had about 5 or 6 in me. I wonder why i had as much trouble as I did with 205 then.
Bench Lockout Work (lying on floor, BB on pins, last ~8 inches of normal ROM)
185x10
225x9
275x1
245x5
Comments: Never done these before. They were fun. They seem like a great compliment for improving flat BB bench.
Incline Bench
135x6
155x5
135x4 (failed 5)
Cable Flies
50x7
50x8
60x7
Comments: Got an amazing burn here. These are a great finisher for my chest exercises.
Single-Hand DB tricep extensions
25x10
30x4
25x7
DB shoulder presses
45'sx6 (barely)
45'sx5
45'sx6 (great set here)
Incline skull crushers
70x5
70x5
70x6 (failed 7)
SUPERSETTED WITH
DB lateral raises
20'sx6
20'sx6
20'sx6 (failed 7)
Ending Comments: I have never had this much focus and endurance during a workout in my life. I can say that honestly. RPM was already a great match as a preworkout supp for me. But what i have noticed with the addition of R3 is more focus, and better endurance in the second half of my workouts. And today, i was overwhelmed with a sense of confidence and energy in the gym.

So i did 2 hours of snow shoveling yesterday after taking one does of R3.
I have to say, my energy was pretty good, and i didnt mind the work.
Thus far, i love the smooth energy i get from R3- no jitters, no uncomfort.
I will be working legs tomorrow. Check in!

Yeah, man. I would say i drink about half to 2/3 of it during the workout, then i finish it off after. It's been working great for me so far.

So, i did something to my lower/middle back shoveling snow three days ago and avoided legs and back workouts to give it some rest. Anyways, that didnt stop me from having a great chest workout today- ill post it up in a sec.

Chest/Shoulders/Triceps: Strength Focused
BB bench
135x10 (warmup)
185x6 (felt a little weak here)
205x2 (almost 3)
195x3
185x5
185x5 (good endurance here)
185x3
185x4 (satisfied)
French Presses
105x5 (failed 6)
105x5
105x4
105x4
Note: First time doing 'em, and they're great. Great pump in triceps.
Wide Grip Flat Bench
135x7
145x4
150x3 (failed 4)
Incline Close-Grip Bench- Speed Reps
95x4
105x4
105x4
105x4
Tricep Pulldowns w/ rope
70x5
70x4
70x5
85x2 (failed 3)
DB Front Raises
25x5
30x4
25x6
25x5+1+1 (rest pause reps at end)
Overall Comments: I started off feeling a bit weak on flat bench press. However, i was impressed with my endurance throughout 7 working sets of bench. When i put up 4 reps of 185 on my 7th set i felt VERY satisfied. I'm not used to this kind of endurance. And what a coincidence, im not used to supplementing with BCAAs and EAAs
I really developed a liking for the french presses- they seem like a very functional way to increase tricep strength for the bench press.
Wide grip flat bench also went well- i got a great squeeze on each rep and really felt it in my shoulders. And if anything, i think my shoulders are lagging a little bit.
I hope this workout serves my muscles well. I will eat like a horse and hope to be stronger by my next chest day.
And most importantly, i must note that my energy and focus was excellent today. In fact, i wasnt even thinking about the R3, i was too focused on making every set count. Great workout

Yeah french press is similar to skull crushers, except french presses stress keeping the elbows at your side- making it seem more like a bench.
And thanks for the compliment, man. Im working on getting those bench numbers quite a bit higher though!
I dont know where the Hard Guys are. They will find me soon enough

Well, im back at college. So it's time to get right back into it. Today is legs! I'm going to stick to the 8-12 rep range and get a ridiculus burn
After this workout, i think my lower back will finally be ready for a lower rep leg day.
Any comments or advice would be much appreciated. I practically cream myself everytime someone checks in
