Long story short I have been a religious user of Scivation products and wanted to give another Scivation product a try. When I received my product I was displeased with the condition it arrived in so I sent an e-mail to Marc. Within minutes he replied and asked for my address and said he would take care of it.

Well let me just say that he definitely took care of me and went above and beyond what I was expecting! Extremely nice and a very stand up guy. To be honest, I would have continued using Scivation products b/c of their quality even if my e-mail had not been answered. However, this experience has left me even more pleased with Scivation and I will not hesitate to purchase from and support a company that cares about customer satisfaction as much as Marc and Scivation does.

Marc is no doubt the man. He will always stand by his product and fix any discrepancies a customer may have. Scivation is stand up as are ALL of their employees.
