New Circuits

I am hoping to get a few ideas on new workouts. The gym I currently use only has up too 50 pound dumbbells and one limited machine. I have worked out consistently for 13 or so years with only limited breaks. My strength is still ok just looking to slim down. I currently weigh in at 235 and should be around 205-210.
My plan is to run 4miles 4-5 times a week and do some kind of circuit 4 times a week. Any programs would be apprectiated.

Follow up

To go along with previous posting. This is only for a month until the new gym opens its doors. The month at the limited gym will be to help get ready to hit the the new gym in a sprint as apposed to a jog.
If anyone one has any circuits they think would help please pass them along.

Do a full body workout around 3 times a week, but in a circuit.

Crunches 15-20 reps
Leg Raises 15-20 reps
Bicycles 15-20 reps
Incline DB Bench 12-15 reps
Bent-over Rows or Single Arm DB rows 12-15 reps
Seated DB Overhead Press 12-15 reps
Alternating DB curls 12-15 reps
Overhead DB Extensions 12-15 reps
Squats 12-15 reps
Stiff Legged Deadlift 12-15 reps
Standing Calf Raises 15-20 reps

Repeat this circuit 2-3 times. 2 minutes inbetween circuits, no rest between exercises, only enough rest to get to the next exercise and get the equipment needed.
