Start off training upper chest or start with middle/lower?
Should the whole workout be 50% upper chest 50% middle/lower?

What you start out with is up to your preference. I personally like started with middle and then doing upper. But its good to switch them around, like a rotation each time you do chest. It keeps your routine feeling fresh and I find it keeps me from getting bored for longer.
