I have started the CL Red Acid (gen 2) today and will be recieving the Avant Research Napalm on Saturday. Here is the links to both products:

I will be doing a weekly log for the next month with pictures provided.
I will be using the Napalm on my abdominal area to see if this transdermal product works as good as it's claimed to. My diet will be a steady mix of carbs/protein/fat at a ratio of 40/40/20. I will be doing a high rep/set workout with 20 min of steady cardio 4x per week.
I'll post my before pictures on Saturday and will update with info and pictures once per week.
My supplements I will be taking during this log:
1.) MHP Activite
2.) Nature Valley Fish Oil
3.) CL WF (pre WO)
4.) XF UP 1.0 (throughout the day)
5.) BSN Syntha 6 (throughout the day)
6.) CL Red Acid (2x/day)
7.) AR Napalm (2x/day)
8.) BSN Cheaters Relief (when needed)
9.) Scivation Xtend (intraworkout)
After a 2 month layoff from the weights, I need to lose a few unwanted pounds. My current stats are 6'0" 182 Lbs 12.8% BF. In that 2 month "lazy" period I lost 22 Lbs (from my profile pictured weight) and gained around 2.5% BF.

2 weeks in:
I am now 11.9% BF, and 181 LBS. It honestly seems like I've lost more BF when looking at my mid-section, I don't know where the BF is hiding. I have actually gained some lean muscle, which I'm suprised to see (every other fat loss supp made me lose muscle.) I am extremely happy so-far and look forward to the final two weeks. I will have to post "after" shots and you can just compare them to my profile picture... (note: I had 2+% more BF and lost 22 lbs since taking that pic)***Misc Firefighter/EMT Crew***

Again... sorry for the lapse in time since my last update. I just was hired to the Fire Dept. (my dream job since i was a kid) and have been going to different testing for the past week (3,000 question 8.25 hr psych test . Quick update: I went to the doctor this morning for a pre-employment screening and he said I had a GREAT physique, but need to add some extra pounds. I am now 5'11" 181 lbs. Too skinny??? It's the napalm/acid. Post pics after month... You can just compare to my bodyspace pic. Still seeing results!!!

Got blood test results back today from pre-employment screening and my Triglyceride (sp?) level was 52!!! WAYYYYY LOWWW, normal range is between 75 and 150 I think. I explained that I'm on a restricted 2,200 calorie diet. He seems to think my "metabolism burns fat at an superfast rate."
