FSUFan's Workout Log
Well guys I'm finally getting back into this working out stuff... I stopped keeping my old journal (I was Brego) before getting banned for stating plain facts on the politics section. Oh well though. I have slacked big time the past month or two when it comes to lifting. I am just getting back into it and will start Max-OT back up on Monday. For now I am just doing some BS workouts to get used to lifting again, along with cardio.
Anyways, I am weighing in at 175 at 5'9. I will be cutting until I am satisfied, I don't care how long it takes. My diet will be clean but I will not be posting it on here. I will start my Max-OT routine Monday but will post whatever type of workouts I do in here until then.
Today I just did a 2 mile jog and abs. Not much to be said. The jog was easy. I haven't slacked when it comes to cardio. I will be doing some sort of lifting routine tomorrow.

i tried to make myself cry last night skunk boy, i choked myself, gave myself a little air, choked myself again, got some more air, and repeated this about 5times but it wouldnt work. bet it would work on you tho...

Welcome back buddy! Nice workouts.. how's the diet commin along? This morning I went for a nice little trot as well. I ran maybe a mile and some change. ANd then did a little bit of abs. But I ran in boots and utes..

Well the workouts aren't that great... just trying to get some of the soreness I will feel next week out of me.
Diet is alright I guess.. it is hard to eat cleanly while at home during Christmas because everyone wants to send us sweets and crap.. I'll get everything back on track though. Thanks for following the journal

I'm down for the holiday's. And my mom is so dissappointed cause I won't eat what she makes.
First day I came home I was at the store buying tuna, oatmeal, egg whites, chicken and sweet potato's and cottage cheese and skim milk. Just enough to last me a few day's.
Everywhere I go I like bring a lunch box packed with food. Just to make sure I get it in me..sometimes.. depending on the situation I'll bring a watch and have it beep at me when its feeding time.

Blah... got to the gym at 1:30 only to find out that they close at 2... I had to superset my entire workout..

Very solid workout, steve. I know you say supersetting ain't your thing, but I think it's beneficial, especially when you're trying to cut..... basically get the benefits of HIIT

I never knew supersetting would help you cut.. Would it hurt to superset while doing max-ot?

horse****. Max-ot burns out your CNS quickly, no doubt. Even the program is aware of this and advises to take a week off every 8-10 weeks. Throw in a caloric defecit and you will most likely burn out quicker.
I'll give it some credit, it is an awesome program for strength. But strength doesn't equal muscle. If spytech sees this, I'm sure he'll agree (mentioned his experiences before). I think you should do a DFHT-eque program like me  , but w/o Coan and a little less volume

Coan is great for cutting. No.
I think Max OT builds muscle well, but I do find that I get demotivated very fast on the program while Im cutting. I felt alot better this time around with WSFSB.
