Body Building with out Creatine
I was wondering if it was possible to get pretty big with out using creatine , im 15 and i use nitro tech and im getting pretty good results but not as good as you would with creatine cause my mom says i shouldnt take it. so i was wondering how long or even if its possible to get bigger with out using creatine

Creatine will help...a little. My cousin took Cell-tech for a year and said his results weren't that great.
