Best Time To Work Out: Morning? Afternoon? Evening?
Apparently, the best time to work out is in the afternoon. Hormone levels, energy, etc. are all optimized. I'm trying to decide if it's worth messing with my work schedule to get into the gym by late afternoon. Has anyone ever switched workout times and found that they were getting better or worse results just because?

read an article just last week that said research shows that the afternoon is the best time. from personal experience i've found this to be true. if i had to choose between 1st thing in the morning and late at night though, i'd always choose AM

Everyones body is different and we have our own unique training times and style.
The key is discovering which one works best for you personally.

I definitely feel better working out in the afternoons/evenings..I just do not feel as strong in the mornings and need lots and lots of food in me. Do not plan on making the mornings my time to workout, unless I absolutely have to.

Yeah, working out on an empty stomach is no good either. But apples for apples, do you feel like your pushing more weight for more reps Because of When you hit the weights? Or is there another reason, like always just after a meal?

I personally like the afternoon. Wide awake but doesn't cut into the night life
