My Question is im I taking to much?
this what i have been doing.
eat a nice dinner at 7:30pm brown rice, lean meat and green vegtables.
Then at 9pm I have my super pump 250 and 10 min later i have 1 scoop of whey shake with water. Then I hit the gym at 9:30 I do a full upper body workout or a full leg workout with weights for about 45 min to an hour and Sip SIZE ON and PURPLE WRATH during my weight traning after that I down another 1 scoop of ON whey with water. Then I do Hiit on an eliptical for 30 min.
then head home around 11pm and chill in the jaccuzi for 20 min then have 3 big spoon fulls of cottage cheese before I go to bed around 12:30
is this to much liquids before I go to bed? should I cut out the whey shake befor workout ?
it seems to be working ok but i do feel all the liquids in the gut
any help would be nice

I workout late at night take alot of supplements good or bad

I have been doing this for about 3 months had to take 2 wks off arm westing injury left handed with dumb ass brother inlaw. I beat him anyway
I sleep good but i dont think long enough.( 6 hours ) 2 kids get me up
I think there might be some kind of stimulant in the super pump 250
so you think i should eat alot more cottage cheese then 3 big spoonfulls? there huge scoops! will more put a little fat on my belly?
