Why would we know this?
ILS is a primal threat/mating display observed in the human male. The ILS display involves the male human holding out it’s arms away from it’s body at approximately a 20-40 degree angle and then walking with a slow deliberate gait inorder to look more imposing to other humans. The posture is used primarily as a form of non-verbal communication such as a mating display to attract or impress females or as a defense or dominance posture to appear larger to a threat or to intimidate rival males.

It's simply if you know your figures
A whole chicken is approximately 58% meat, if your really strip it down you should get around that much. Chicken is 27% protein.
So, if you take the weight of your chicken and multiply it by 0.58 then multiply your result by 0.27 you have the amount of protein you're getting from the bird.
For example your bird weighs 1.6kg.
1.6*.58 =0.928 or 926g of meat
928*.27=250.5 or 250.5 grams of protein
That should be enough to keep all but the most hardcore bodybuilder's going for a day or two.
