    Big plans for winter break

    Sup all, as u all know, winter is the best time for a bulk, and personally, im ready for it. Now especially, i figure, is the best time for bulking because of the breaks from school. Ive got 2 full weeks off of school, so ive got plans to put on AT LEAST 7 lbs over 14 days, hopefully more. I plan on eating a meal every 1 1/2 hours and lifting heavy ass weights, and sleeping til noon everyday (thats the best part!!!). I bet u all have plans for the break, anyone else got some advice for me or wanna share thier plans? i know u got some

    0,5 lbs gain in lbm every day is out of the question, but 0,5 lbs of glycogen/water/fat/lbm could be achieved. Bodybuilding is a journey not a sprint..

    yeah i know it wont be all muscle. Most of it will be water weight, fat and a little muscle, but even that is welcomed at this point. Right now im set on adding weight, no matter what it is. Im confident that ill be able to get the gains i want, and im sure u all can too... this is perfect time for bb... so much time to rest and eat.
