Hello All,
I posted here a couple of months back asking for views on whether I needed to cut more - I was told I should as I was fat.
I have cut about 5 kg in 2 months so would like your views on the way forward. I've linked some pics below - I still have a belly but seems it's gone down a bit. I really would like to get rid of it once and for all, which I suppose would mean more cutting. But at the same time, maybe I could bulk which is why I'm asking.
The first picture is how I am now (Today pic 2 - Copy 1.jpg). The April 2015 pic is what it says on the tin - taken 2 months ago.
The third pic is another one of me today - do you feel I am making good enough progress in my cut? What would you estimate my bodyfat % to be, and do you think I should cut or bulk?
Cheers all

I think you have cut down enough personally. You need more muscle. If you had 10 more pounds of muscle at your bf% ( 10ish%) you would look pretty good. Start gaining weight now... Nice and slow add 200-300 cals to your diet progressively while gaining .5lbs a week until your around 18%... Then cut back down to 10%. High protein diet... Lots of carbs... Lots of HEAVY compound exercises. Rinse and repeat. Just my 2 cents tho.

Yeah.
Bulking:
1. Calculate your calories and macros
2. Learn about how bulking works and set reasonable expectations.
3. Eat about 10-20% more calories than you burn each day while meeting minimum protein and fat macros. Get the remainder of cals from carbs.
4. Strength comes before size. Lift heavy weights to build strength, on a program like Starting Strength or one of the others below. Why not your own routine? Read this.
5. Watch your waist with a tape measure. If it's goes up too quickly, dial back the calories.
