I have viewed several programs through the stickies but I am unsure of the program that would increase my strength most significantly. I understand each person will get different results from different programs, but according to my stats what would be best.
Deadlift = 425
Squat (parallel) = 355
Bench = 270
I haven't actively ever followed an exact program, but once my cut is done in 1 month I want to do a specific program and possibly enter in a power lifting competition by the beginning of next year.
Thanks for any responses

I recommend Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program. Its a great workout an dthe book is excellent to add to your library.
