    AI Swole stack log - 2 month bulk

    This log is more for me than you guys, but feel free to chime in and listen/watch progress


    Prior to this I have been taking Creatine for a month, will be running this with creatine + Intrabolic as I always seem to use Intrabolic, may use a Pre workout on days I feel like I'm slacking.

    Starting Weight 166

    Oct 18th 2011 - Day 1

    Shoulders + Abs

    Notable lifts

    Overhead Smith machine Shoulder Press - 90x5 3 sets
    Hammer Strength Single arm shoulder Press 70x 7 3 sets

    Day 2

    Leg Day

    Notable lifts

    Leg Press 290 x 10 (3 sets)
    Smith Squats 135 x7 (3 sets)
    Single Leg Seated Curl 75 x 10 (3 sets)

    Feelings: Took 1.5 scoops SP Max for legs and added 2 g of Mono to it, also 2 scoops of Intrabolic.
    Really pounded out the reps and sets today, felt like I could keep on lifting, wasn't really getting tired at all, but after doing a good leg workout for 1.25 hours, I left, felt like I could go on more for sure, but could barley walk out of the gym.

    Will likely take day off tommorow as usual after leg day, but may take Friday off instead and do arms and abs tommorow.

    Eating a ton today, I'm keeping a pretty clean diet going for the bulk.

    Day 3

    Weight: 166

    Decided to go today, tomorrow off for sure

    Bi's Tri's and Forearms today

    Had some Beast Samples, so I took 1 serving Beast Mode pre, 1 scoop Intrabolic, and had Beast Creature post

    Overall feeling: Again, felt like I had tons of energy to keep lifting, although my legs are very sore from yesterdays killer leg day for me. Did 5 min cardio warmup, and about 10 mins of steching before hitting weights to stecth out those legs, they were killing me.

    Good stuff...Intrabolic tastes great...make sure you don't leave it in your shaker cup for a few days lol...one of the worst smells ever.

    Day 4

    Day off today, legs are still sore, I reallllly killed them on Leg day. Eating very clean so far, but eating a ton.

    Tommorow is Back + Chest day

    Ill try to get some before pics up soon before I get too far into this so I have something to compare it to a the end.


    Dosing is as follows

    2 TestoPro upon waking
    2 Stoked Pre Workout
    2 Glycobal with each of my largest carb meals, one of which is always breakfast, so almost taken as a pre, as I work out within 1-2 hours of waking
    Other 2 TestoPro and Stoked taken close to bedtime.

    First Run of Swole Stack, got it last BF, got injured which basically made me take 4 months off from gym, just got back to gym 1 month ago with a desire to really train hard. I have been working out very hard for the last month.

    I have used Intrabolic and SPMax and creatine for awhile

    Day 5

    Chest + back

    Didn't have the usual 2 hours today to go to gym + work out + drive home, so I fired up P90x Chest and back routine, and pumped it out.

    Was surprisingly weak on the 2nd run through of pull ups, I'd say thats due to the 4 month layoff I've had recently from the gym.

    I've always loved the chest + back routine of P90x, it's a pretty decent workout IMO. I'm fully expecting to be sore tommorow, I always like to switch up workouts to hit different parts of muscles.

    Feelings: I've noticed that instead of having the protein poop splatters...It has turned into giant green logs...lol, I think it's the glycobal doing this from what I have read. Still eating clean + trying to eat alot, it's pretty hard to eat 3k cals a day for me clean. Most of my diet is oats, chicken, 93/7 Ground turkey meat, low fat Bagels, lean Turkey Lunchmeat sandwiches, eggs, bananas, protein powder, Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding mixed with protein Powder, Natty Peanut Butter.

    Day off tommorow, have to work all day Sunday + Football, Shoulders + Abs+ Cardio on Monday

    Hey, I'm new to this forums but was just wondering with this stack that you use do you think it would help a hard gainer like me?? I'm 5'6 at 127-131 and should be 150-160. I'm just trying to get my weight up but keep my definition..help plzz!!!

    Day 7

    As expected I was very sore from the P90x Chest + Back routine on Saturday, Still had some lingering soreness 2 days later on Monday.

    Weight 167.4 (+ .4LBS) Starting Weight was 167 not 166.

    Shoulders + Abs + 15 min cardio

    Notable lifts - Added 5 lb's to each of the same lifts as last week, and pretty much powered right through them...I'm expecting to be able to add weight each of the first few sessions as the muscle memory comes back and I get back to doing work at the gym. The gym really sucks, there are no barbels, and no squat rack, so all the major lifts have to be done on Smith Machine.

    Overhead Smith machine Shoulder Press - 95x6 3 sets
    Hammer Strength Single arm shoulder Press 75x 7 3 sets


    Diet - Going to start using skim milk instead of Water for all protein shakes in an attempt to add some easy + clean and tasty calories. Still eating pretty clean, it's hard to eat all the food I need to sometimes.

    Very nice, 5 lbs in a week is pretty legit strength increases.

    When bulking I usually use 1% Milk in all protein shakes just to get some extra calories.

    Wanted to post quick what a typical day for me meal wise looks like

    Breakfast/Pre workout Meal - Switch Between 1 cup oats grinded + 2 scoops protein and Whole Wheat bagel and 4 eggs..depends what kind of mood I'm in. Always take 2 Glycobol and fFish Oil + Life Force Multiple with this meal.

    Post Workout - 1.5 - 2 scoops Protein

    Post Workout Meal - Turkey Sandwich or some 99% Fat Free Beef Raviolis, or a lean Turkey Burger..something like that, with a side of fruit, usually a banana.

    Dinner - Strip Steak, Large Chicken Breast, something like that, with a large amount of Mashed Potatoes and vegetable of some kind, Really liking 99% Fat Free Vegetarian baked Beans right now. Usually Take other 2 Glycobal with this meal.

    Before Bed if I feel I Need it - Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mixed with 1 scoop Protein, or some Sludge with Natty PB + Protien + Milk.


    I've been staying away of added Sugars for the most part, no soda at all, not adding sugar to anything, and staying clear of foods that just have added sugar for flavoring.

    Day 8 - Weight 168.4 (+1.4 LBS)

    Really felt good to add some weight to my lifts again and just cruise through them. Added weight to every lift today.

    Took 1.5 scoops of SPmax, and 2 scoops Intrabolic like I do every leg day. Could barley walk out of gym today.

    Notable lifts

    Leg Press 180x15, 270x10, 290x10, 310x8..I wanted to put more on, but felt this was enough for today
    Smith Squats 65x15 (x2) 115 x 10, 135x8, 145x8, 150x5..really Struggled last rep here
    Single Leg Curl 75x10, 77.5x10, 80x9

    Plenty of other Leg Lifts as well, but I wont bore you with everything.
