im going on a trip in one month time and would like to lose those last couple of pounds to get lean, ive been doing a lot of cardio, bike, stairclimber, rowing and running usually everyday with an off day every 4 or 5, also weights and ab exercises, and have been eating well, but i need some help with the eating part, ive been trying to eat smaller portions every few hours instead of big ones, and trying to stick with chicken, eggs, salads, tuna sandwhiches and also some bread and cereal etc. im also drinking a lot of water, can someone give me some ideas for the best things to eat and ways to go about it while trying to get leaner, im 5 10 144 lbs. its only around my mid section as well.
