As of yesterday I squated 300lbs 4x
What is a reasonable goal to set for weight increase by Mid-April
350lbs 4x???

Vitamin BC is just Vitamin B and Vitamin C in one pill that's all
Im just dropping that brand of protein, it's not great. I'll never go off protein
So 350 by mid april is a modest goal. What do u think is 'not modest' 375-385?
I only said 50 lbs cause on bench press i added 45lbs 180-225lbs 2x so i figured same for legs.

6'3
200lbs
bf 10.5
run 7.1 second 60'
Id like to be 210 by mid april
Squat 350-375 8-10 times
