I assume you are making one inbetween classes. Just down it fast and dont hang out and talk to people holding it. Let results speak for themselves.
If the only difference between man and animal is self-control, then there is no such thing as man. Where’s the self-control? We act like dogs, our brains are between our legs; the desire is worse than any plague. Where’s our self-control?

some guy in my science class tryed to teach me about nurtition and saying my diet was bad, how protien shakes are bad and how all supplements dont do anything but make you think that they work. anyways, this conversation ended up with him in the hospital knocked out with a broken jaw, and a week suspension for me.
just thought i would share a story.
anyways, if its girls telling you it, tell em that you stopped, if its a guy tell him to shut the hell up._/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/

Theres not much you can really do about those guys. When I was taking creatine people told me that I was taking steroids and thought it was completely illegall because they had no idea. Basically, I kept taking creatine and let them know that it wasn't and that they are retarded.Last edited by ThrusH; 12-19-2005 at 04:09 AM.

2 be honest it used to happen to me. once your arms start geting to 16inch + people start respesting what you do and you get hardly any people slagging off the fact you are drinking a protein shake. i dont no what kinda shape ur in but seriously once u got muscle people change their attitude ( thats what happened in my case anyway). hope that helps lee

The sad truth is that 90 percent of the populace will come to their own conclusions about things without doing a damned bit of research. From a bunch of different cases of hearsay a person will just have a stance on something, which in the case of bodybuilding is negative. People are ignorant like that. I know for most of us who read and research as much as we actually lift it can be totally infuriating and frustrating to hear someone spout their mindless garbage that they are regurgitating from some other lame source, you just have to give up trying to educate other people because they usually don't want to be educated. Once you get the results that you are looking for, they are going to have to make a choice between respecting what you do, or just writing your gains off as some sort of under the table approach. No matter what, keep doing your thing, and know in your own mind that you are leaps and bounds ahead of the pack because you are using science and training, a truly awesome combination.
Stop worrying so much about overtraining. Worry about undereating and under-resting. If it works keep it up. If it doesn't, get rid of it. Compound lifts rule. So does unprocessed food.
With milk at $5 a gallon how do some of you afford so many useless supps?
