There are wheels inside the front foot so all you have to do is pull the lower pin and roll it in and out, as long as the pins under the spotting platforms are in the docking holes. The design allows the foot section of the bench to swivel a bit so the wheels are always flat on the floor while the rear of the bench is supported by the rack, even if your floor is fairly uneven...like mine. Absolutely no wobble or unwanted movement while in use.

That is a copy of a foremarm machine that I think Atlantis used to build. I copied it somewhat about ten years ago. I had seen one at the Houston Texans and thought it was a great piece. That was when I was really into grip and blobbing. I just recently added the fold down T bar row and painted it. It is an awesome piece. You can do wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, wristroller both forward and reverse, gripper exercise, and a rotational exercise.
