I had the ironmaster bench but it was too high and narrow for my liking, so I sold it and bought a commercial flat bench 12" wide and 16.5" Tall which is awesome.
But now I'm looking to add a FID Bench.

My setup which has been evolving over the last two years.
This is an Iron Edge Assault Rack. It`s bomb proof and one of the only items that has been here since the start. I don`t see myself ever getting rid of it.
Cybex Lat pulldown - Love it and 250lbs stack makes for plenty of progression.
