Thanks man. I love your set up as well. Clean and cool. The weather seems really nice to workout. I really value free floor space in a gym, especially for conditioning and bodyweight workouts such as with kettlebells.

Sunny weather means I get to play with my sled. Free floor space is great...especially for not tripping over stuff, lol.

Looks like a great set-up. Lots of space, though you may want to move the rack a smidgen away from the wall if it isn't brick.

Not that I've ever had a mishap re-racking an oly bar, but patching a 6x8in. area in drywall can be a pain.

Ok, heres my current setup since its always changing. I think Im gonna stick with this one for a while. Pretty happy with it. If the equipment seems like its in different places in some of the pics, its cause they are! Ive had to rearrange ALOT! I also have a Power-Lift Belt Squat broken down in my shed. No room for it in the garage.

What ground base unit is that? Is that for combo push-pull exercises?

Here are some updated pics of my gym. It's located in a 600 Sq. Ft. room on the first floor of my house. Everything is Parabody except the Leg Extension/Curl machine, which is Body Solid. I've had the gym for about 13 years as pictured, except for the Smith, which I added about 6 years ago.

I had the ironmaster bench but it was too high and narrow for my liking, so I sold it and bought a commercial flat bench 12" wide and 16.5" Tall which is awesome.

But now I'm looking to add a FID Bench.

It's "ok", I wouldn't say it does wonders for anything, but I do unstrap the limiter strap and occasionally do upside down crunches.

This is an Iron Edge Assault Rack. It`s bomb proof and one of the only items that has been here since the start. I don`t see myself ever getting rid of it.




Cybex Lat pulldown - Love it and 250lbs stack makes for plenty of progression.
