    Eat after hard workout

I burned an estimate of a little more than 600 calories and I’ve eaten 1146 through the day and now it’s time for dinner. I’ve been trying to stay at 1500 calories a day and I was wondering how much calories I can eat after burning that much. Quick response please thank you.

    Bout 350.

Your calories burned during exercise should already be factored into your daily intake.
    Eat the damn yolk.

    None.

pick a calorie number and stick with it.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
