i just try and get over 3500 calories and usually 2 whey shakes and a casein shake before bed, but i never paid attention to the diet until like 6 months ago
and my program wasnt to great the first 3 months so its all coming together. and now, im getting the supplements down, so training, diet and now supplements are all getting under control and i should start gaining nicely once bball ends and ill actually start gaining some good weight at 4000 calories. thanks for the motivation and help guys.“Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do.
