when are you guys going to start cutting for summer?
i am currently around 17 percent body fat and i'm wondering when i should start cutting so that i look good for summer.
its round 170 days till july 1st

good point but i am starting to get some extra body fat that i just dont want and think i will look bigger/better if i cut some body weightOriginally Posted by owned4u

I suggest you bulk up a bit first, after, dont change your workouts, but maybe do some cardio and changing your diet.

dude ur 175lbs dont cut yet, carry on bulking till like 200lbs
im cutting at end of feb but thats not for the summer, its just cos i need to cut

I'm starting cutting now. I want to do it nice and slow, get as cut as possible, and then be able to start bulking during summer.

I will most likely cut in the beginning of May. My cuts don't last very long because I don't do very heavy bulks compared to others.

yea im thinking about starting to cut may 1st

ima do this.....
bulk to 195-200 cut to 185
hold weight through mid summer about 40 days before school start to clean bulk back to 200
then from there bulk all through winter to about 235-245
cut to 215 same proccess
hopefully graduate at 235 cut as ****play hard.
work harder.
