have any good demonstration video's, just have been doing various types of "regular" crunches

get in the crunch position, put a 45 pound weight on your chest and cross your arms over the weight to hold it in place.. cross and lift your legs to a 90 degree angle and crunch..

i dont understand why they wouldnt work, you guys are acting so silly.

It sends an electric shock that stimulates the muscle causing it to flex, similair to a situp its probly about 1/2 as effective.

go look up standing ab crunches on youtube.com.. do 100 of those daily and youll have a ripped mid section.. no change in diet needed
