I keep seeing those AB devices that you hook around your abdominals and you just turn it on and it tones your muscles. Now are THESE a flop or has anyone here EVER tried one?

get in the crunch position, put a 45 pound weight on your chest and cross your arms over the weight to hold it in place.. cross and lift your legs to a 90 degree angle and crunch..
