wrist injury from arm wrestling

I was playing this guy in arm wrestling and he put up a decent challenge so I did a wrist curl movement while he was in my grip and his wrist cracked. He was in quite a bit of pain and his wrist was swolen a wee bit but not a serious injury. Anyway I'm real concerned about him so I wonder if anyone knows any steps I should recommend him for a safe and quick recovery? Thanks.

More description on the symptoms of his injury:
It cracked from my curling his wrist with my forearm
Not a serious amount of pain or swelling
He has full range of motion with his wrist and hands
He says he can pull his wrist out of the socket farther now (he pulled his hand by the fingers and you can see it separating from the forearm)

WHats his height and weight vs urs......ANd what are ur weight stats in wrist curl ...Measning how much can u wrist curl witha dumbell and how many reps and how long did it take u to get to this stength level

I've always been real good at mercy and arm wrestling. Along with this, I broke my stepbrothers fingers twice by accident.

Anyway, does no one know treatment for this type of injury?
