and a huge list of like amino acids or seomthing
Ive been trying to eat as much as possible while taking it and working out and so far it seems to be working, though that could just be the working out and eating

This is simply a weight gainer. Most will agree that it is better to make your own because premade gainers always have way too much sugar in them. Try using some milk, banana, protein, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. Throw it in a blender and you have a cheaper (more effective) alternative to a ready made gainer.
Anything worth doing is never easy...
