    would a big guy and a small guy take the same creatine?

    just asking because my traning partner is a skinny dude trying to get big im a big dude try to lose some pounds as well as bigger muscles...we want to go in together on some creatine. what would be a good reommendation from someone who has used it. ive read a bunch of articles. but id rather just hear it from someone whos experienced with it

    Great question. Many people on the forum will just tell everyone to take 5-10g of Creatine Mono or 5g of CEE, with no reason why. That is a quick, easy, and popular answer, but the anecdotal feedback I've seen suggests that bigger guys tend to get better results when increasing their creatine intake. Same with "creatine non-responders".
