I am going to be starting a new routine: push/pull/legs
anyway i am not sure how many sets/reps of dl's i should do. All of my other exercises are going to be 3x8. also dl's are pretty much my only lower back exercise unless i decide to throw in hyperextensions which i probably will.
so whats your guys opinions should i do:
3x8 or 3x5 or 5x5
my main goal for this routine is to gain size with some strength.
