Cutting, how to keep muscle while supplementing

I wanted to take a fat loss supplement while i am dieting and cutting. What is the best supp to take to lose fat while keeping muscle because i have a very hard time with my abs and lower back with a little layer of fat but i have very little on the rest of my body.

    Any help would appreciated.

    Thanks

you are going to loose some muscle when you cut you just can't get around it, but as for a good fat loss supplement I would go with lipo 6.

That is not necessarily true, or at least not at a noticible level.

Use bcaa's like xtend, increase or maintain a high level or protein intake, and make sure you have a strong diet. Establish a maintenance level for cals and then cut around 10% for your total caloric intake

i HIGHLY recommend a bcaa supp. Xtend and Ice are good. people are getting good results with bulk leucine as well... i started cutting (well, adding three more cardio sessions a week and cutting down on my oat intake) and i've gone from 150 to 147 in five weeks. but my BF% went from 12 to 10. i'm noticably more cut in virtually every muscle group as well. my shoulders have distinct striations, my jaw line is even more pronounced lol! i'm trying to get to 8% at 150lbs.

i think i've maintained ALL of my muscle (if not gained some) with bcaa's while cutting. then again, i've never cut before... so i have no comparison...

    one word, recomp.

eating at maintenance while adjusting macros. will help w/ fat loss while minimizing muscle loss. some even see muscle gains depending on current state.

Can you give him/us an example of a recomp PSK? Or do you have any links where one could readup on this? I'm sure most of us would rather eat at maintenance and loos fat/retain muscle rather than going calorie deficit and risk losing hard earned muscle.
    thanks

Viperspit. Eat at normal caloric intake, cut carbs, up protein and healthy fats so calories are equivalent to maintenance, adjust as needed. Carb up periodically, preferably on training days when you want to be particularly anabolic.

Things like Anabolic Burst Cycling and Recomping require patience, individualizing, and planning that (unfortunately) most people don't seem to have.
