    Umm. Help. Need a good Cardio routine

    Alright. Im 17, and weigh 250 with a 40 inch waist. Im sick of this. Im young and cant get any of the girls because of the fat that only wants to maintain itself on my upperbody.... Please, give, any and all suggestions on how to lose at least 30 lbs by December 25. Thanks for all your help.

    sounds to me like you have somewhat of an unrealisitic goal there kido. 30lbs in 2 months and some change??? You can do all the cardio in the world...but if your diet is ****...then you will get **** outta your program.

    My suggestion is find a diet....lots of people around here do the keto diet or the 40-30-30 diet...here are the links to both:

    then once you got that going on....hit up the stationary bike for 30mins+ 4-6 days/week. And throw 3-4 days of weight training in there then you should be on your way...but 2 months is very little time to accomplish your goal...and you will end up very disappointed.

    My recommendation - an intensive keto diet, cardio every morning, and your thermogenic of choice.
