Best workout routine for legs
Hey, I'm new to the gym and would like to get some advice on the best workout routines for toning the back of the thighs right under the glute

I am curious about this also. I need a well-rounded leg routine and I just have a rack and a few db's.
So, what if leg curls are not an option? And what happened to the squats?

there is no best routine, do what works for you.. if dumbbell curls get you big ass quads do them

x2. its all about doing what stimulates YOUR body into growth. Other folks have good recomendations but in the end,you have to do what works for you.

walking lunges are great! incorporate those and you will notice the difference.

IMO leg press is way underated. Gives you a lot of control on angle, you can put on heavy weight and it takes your back out of it unlike squat.
15+ rep sets of full extension leg press... good sh*t

Yeah, I guess lunges would probably be the best for me. I've also been riding the bike so...hopefully we will see some results soon!
