I am curious about this also. I need a well-rounded leg routine and I just have a rack and a few db's.

So, what if leg curls are not an option? And what happened to the squats?

x2. its all about doing what stimulates YOUR body into growth. Other folks have good recomendations but in the end,you have to do what works for you.

IMO leg press is way underated. Gives you a lot of control on angle, you can put on heavy weight and it takes your back out of it unlike squat.

15+ rep sets of full extension leg press... good sh*t

Yeah, I'm liking the leg press suddenly for those exact reasons.

Yeah, I guess lunges would probably be the best for me. I've also been riding the bike so...hopefully we will see some results soon!
