Sh*t. Problem is I have a toro belt that has to be adjusted w/ a screw driver and one notch is a little too loose and the next one over takes all my strength to lock it around my torso... (this is the way I squatted-- almost hard to breathe)
What to do what to do.....

You should get at least a 100lbs on your squat just from using your belt?!?!?!?!? That's insane. Either I'm doing it really really really wrong. Or that's crazy talk. Could be a little of both. But I dunno. By the way he described how to use it properly, it sounds like I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Anyone on here actually get that much or close to it?
Thanks for posting that vid, by the way. I'd rep you, but you're on spread."Rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. " 1 Timothy 4:7-8

Hi guys, I'm considering competing in the for a year from now IPF and I'm confused if my equipment is allowed to be used. I have a noob question, could I use my old "no name" belt or will I have to buy Inzer, Titan, SBD... one of those belts. Also are knee wraps allowed or will I have to buy some of the allowed knee sleeves? About the shoes, can I use whatever shoes as long as their heels is bellow 5cm?
Thanks
