i can lift 40's over my head (not sure what thats called). is there a good workout for traps to get third shoulders.

I'm guessing he just means traps, their not your actual shoulders but their close enough.

hmm weird that noone knows what i mean. what i mean is on your trapezius how when you flex your neck goes up then goes up again. in other words how do you get a huge trap.
