Im worried about Military Pressing after the bench day, as I did 3 sets of flat and 3 sets of incline (Which target the front delts as does military pressing).
Has anyone ever done there chest before shouders like this before? Experience? Advise? Think it will be fine?

I struggle with shoulders after chest, but not with chest after shoulders.
My chest aches for a good day or two after a workout.03.02.11 - 164.6lbs
07.02.11 - 162.4lbs (strong illness)
14.02.11 - 166.6 (strong weight gain - start of mini cut)
21.02.11 - 164.6
03.03.11 - 163.8
08.03.11 - 163.8 (backed off the cardio a little)

i always try to leave a day between chest, back and shoulders
as u hit ur shoulders on all 3 days...You've dedicated your entire life to building up your body through hard work, pain, hunger and desire. Every single day requires sacrifice. This is our world brothers... This is hardcore livin'
