    My programme.

    Would it be safe to train my entire body twice a week? i have an extremely fast recovery rate, and by the next workout im feeling fine. I also don't work out 2 failure.

    i usually train each muscle group on 4 different machines with 3 sets on each

    yeah, but i personally would decrease the volume a little bit if you choose to work each muscle 2 times a week. Also make sure you split it so that you can have enough recovery in between, like what i currently do is upper body A monday, lower body A tues, Wed Off, Thurs Upper body B, Fri Lower body B
    Sat and Sun off.

    I usually fluctuate reps also. One day for a muscle i do 9-12 reps, the next i do 4-6. 5-6 sets per muscle group.

    i train full body 3 times a week and i am just fine. a lot of people do. and this is with FREE weights


    some off topic advice... get off the machines, especially if your are new. you are really limiting your gains. your missing out on a lot of strength and size gains using machines.

    I only use one machine. Rest are free weights. By the way, i'm 16, so how much would u recommend i do??. As long as i feel ok before the next workout right??
