I finally got back into going to the gym regularly. I'm going before work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 7:15ish am. With my kids schedules, weekend workouts are just not possible. Currently I am doing Chest/Shoulders/some cardio on day 1, Legs/Abs on day 2, Back/Arms/some cardio on day 3, then back to day 1. I end up working out 2 of the same muscle groups twice a week. I hope I did okay explaining that.
Should I start from scratch and reorganize what muscle groups to train together?
Is it okay to workout the same muscle group with only 2 days in between?
Any help/input/support is much appreciated.
