    Bulking while doing some cardio??

I'm about to go another bulk, but I've noticed that when I go to clubs that I get tired out fairly fast, like my legs burn bad and I just get really tired while dancing. So I wanted to incorporate some running to build up my legs so I don't get tired out as fast.

I do a 4 day split, and I'm thinking of running a mile or two MWF. Do you think this will cut into my gains significantly? Any ideas on how to build up some type of cardio and endurance while bulking?

Keep it under 30 Minutes for cardio, but make it intense and you should be good. Worse comes to worse, eat more

no, don't make it an intense cardio, that would lose your muscles while bulking. try only walking for 30 minutes.

Would walking for only 30 minutes help build up endurance though, since walking isn't at the pace I would be when dancing.

Would I want to try and emulate the pace that I typically dance at it, which is not intense, but nor is it as slow as walking?

i mean jogging, but not too intense because i think that doing intense cardio would disturb your bulking process.
