No idea what brand it is. Since I work at a software company, I have to choose between bringing lunch ( prolly not gonna happen XP ), and what they offer at the cafeteria. Usually, I get whole wheat wrap with lettice, tomatos, green peppers and grilled chicken. Then I try to get the dry, non-dressing'ed wrap down my throat with a diet coke :P
The extra calories in the wrap are on my mind, seeing as I believe they are adding about 250carbs extra a week into my diet... which could instead be translated into one yummy cheat meal in the week and then some ;P Maybe after I order it, I should just eat the contents of the wrap, and throw away the torilla :S
Sorry about the tangent, just got done with an intense workout and I think my mind isn't on straight... just yet... water... brbLast edited by mehdi84; 01-07-2008 at 07:20 PM.
Because if it were easy, I wouldn't be interested.

well, you have two options to find out the nutritional info
1. you can ask at the cafeteria for the nutritional info. they sometimes have it, and though it may be slightly off, you can get a good idea.
or
2. you could bring your own lunch. in fact, you could bring your own wrap to put the contents in if you feel you really can't find the time to make it yourself in the morning.
in all truth, i'd worry less about the wrap and more about the diet soda...but that's a tangent in itself... :X
