i'd just drink green tea for anti ox, maybe 2 or 3 cups a day, a multi vit in the morning maybe and eat some oily fish like macerel, or just have 10ml flax seed oil with some of your meals.. depending how much fat is already in your diet
Take your multivitamin after a meal, since some of the nutrients are fat soluble. Other than that, its up to you. I try not to take anything on an empty stomach but that's just personal preference.
