Where can I buy equipment in Canada? Specifically Toronto area?

I know this may be a long shot, but I'm having a really hard time finding a place where I can buy inexpensive equipment for my home gym. Unlike the USA, Wal-Mart doesn't sell the stuff you can get in the States. So I'm asking Canadians, specifically people from the GTA or Toronto where I can get inexpensive equipment.

I'm looking to get a new rack for my bench and some new dumbbells. I know where I can these around where I live at some pretty ridiculous prices but I want to know where I can buy it for more realistic prices...

i think hex dumbells are like 60 cents a lb

and

plates like 45 a lb or something.

Fitness Depot, Fitness Source, Treadmill Factory, Fitness Superstore, etc they all have weights for roughly the same prices.
