interesting...so for newbs it works, for the trained athelete, not really, at least not in the doses tested. Some say dosing 8-10g a day has an effect. Also interesting is how when combined with Creatine it has a synergistic effect.

Remember Nissen and Iowa State get a piece of the action- so there studies are a conflict of interest.
