Steroids vs. no Steroids.

I saw this few pages of pictures of bodybuilders in prisons… I think it was in Muscle & Fitness magazine, few months ago.

I think we could see the real BBing without steroids on those guys. None of them had extra extra pounds, but they all were built pretty well… They do have lots of time to train, but not much to take, supplement wise.

So, those who ask the question “What about those BBs who don’t use steroids or supplements” should check-out those pictures.

I don’t have any prison BB pictures with me; I gave my magazines to my friend, but if anyone has any, please post them here

D-bol's go for 5 cigarettes and an extra few pieces of bread with each meal. That's how easy they are to get in prison.

I doubt those guys in prison can get very much protein in their diet...at least compared to some people on here

Yes, they won't get enough protein, but I think those guys are the only ones we could probably be sure don't take steroids...

Now, on one corner we would have tons of BBs out there, which most, if not all of them, take steroids… or some sort of enhancement supplements... and other corner we have prison BBs, with less protein and virtually no supps or steroids… and probably would figure out what an outside BB could look like WITHOUT any supps or steroids; only WITH good protein diet.

Honestly, I never been in there, but I doubt people in prison could do as much, if any, drug such as steroids... also, check their pictures, those who workout very hard, daily, and you won't see any of them size as big as Ronnie or Jay. We would like to see their pictures here... post them.

Please don’t get me wrong here though… I am using this post to compare and figure out what an outside BB could look like if nothing goes into their body besides protein and limited supps. that’s it.

Here's a suggestion, go to a tested show. In all honesty, I'm sure a lot of them still use and get away with it, but you'll get at least an idea.

for one... there are very few period who are even close to the size of ronnie and jay

and pro bb's take a lot more than anabolic steroids...

lots of prisoners do drugs, even steroids. the gym i worked out in back home (im at college) had a couple of federal prison guards that worked there. you hear crazy stories. and this is a maximum security prison and there is still some drug/steroid use. so, i would have to assume it is worse in non max security prisons

side note... in fact, the federal prison in the town i live in is the only one that executes people... and worst of the worst are here...

Yah, something like 10 lbs lighter? Not bad for subpar training, subpar diet, and probably unsanitary juicing.

Ok, I probably should not say "no drugs" in prison, instead "less drugs", but the whole post started because of the article was in the Muscle & Fitness magazine. A few pages about a BB contest in a prison. All the guys there were a lot lighter but in very good shapes. Probably they had the good shape due to drugs, who knows, but I do believe to get to that point, you don't have to take drugs. I have made a lot more improvements over one year just taking protein shake, creatine and very hard work...

I would like to see some of you find a prison BB picture and post them here... The magazine was from this year, probably June or July or about that time. Also, I am not talking about inmates in prison for year or two, but for a longer time.

Without any other research, even if there are drug usage, how much or how often should be other question. That also could give us a little better opinion.

wtf, go to a tested show.....going to a tested show wont tell you **** about whether anyone on stage is natural or not, just by looking at them

a lot of guys in tested shows don't use, there are a minor few who do or who have in the past and i gaurantee they eventually get caught.

and Palumbo didn't walk out the same size he went in 295 and came out 255, i say thats a big difference

yep and a lot of them get caught, if not then **** them.

i wonder how those guys feel losing to a guy that's natural or how do they feel winning a Natural show on roids, knowing that they're cheating...i bet like ****.

Romano has written a few articles in MD about working out in prision(he was there)- work in the kitchen protein heaven and steroids are pretty east to get as well.
