17 years old, 5'10 180 Bulkin'

Been workin out for 3 years, 2 years seriously. Course I had to take time off from lifting for football season, but whatever.
Its hard to explain but i used to be really skinny.
Bench 205 x 4
Squat 245 x 4
Deadlift 385 x 1
Other numbers blah.. I have no leg pictures, but calves are about 15.5 inches, arms are about 14.5 inches, chest is not big enough.... I started off lifting with a 100% flat chest, so its growing slowly. Never been a strong suit. First time posting pics, friend took pics. Damn the lights are really bright which makes it look like I have no details, as compared to when im lifting, and i could see cuts all over. Anyways, please comment on anything and everything: my small chest size, uhh my bodyfat, my strong suits, weak suits. Anything and everything.
I started bulking at 11/24/05 weighing about 172. These pics were taking 12/13/05 weighing about 180.5. I feel like bulking up to 190 and deciding, or should i go up to 200 then cut for sure? any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Yea i know chest is a weak point, but it it was basically nothing when i started. I mean as flat as this vertical line | when i started. Hopefully it will fill out soon enough, and i have no cuts at all in this light .

Am i right, im pretty proportionate other then a lagging chest. Big shoulders, matching arms, traps, back?

kinda looks like me, except im at 160. Hm..I'd say that you should work on your chest a bit more. Follow Milo's advice of form not flaunt. If you're bulking, you look alright in my opinion, though i am not the rightest of people to talk. I'd also suggest you work on your lats some more to bring them up some more, and maybe some more back work with pulling exercises.

Hey Law, i finally found your pics. pretty good for 17, but u got a long way to go...i suggest a cleaner bulk, and avoid cutting for as long as you can, because cutting is a royal waste of muscle mass. if u want to talk about lfiting, my AIM is jogger2008, i am rather knowledgeable

my stats:
Arms - 16.5 right, 16 left
about 7-9 % bodyfat
obviously the same height as u, we've already established that,
weight 178, but if i spend anymore time by my grandmother's bed side, i'll drop to 6% and 170 lbs.

Any of you suggest me to do a chest specialization program? Every week, my bench is increasing in poundages though, which is encouraging. I already do chest twice a week. So would this be a mute point.

we be talking about chest size, not strength. They aren't always correlated. As shown on the milos fit show with chest the guy isn't benching much weight and he has a big chest. Mind muscle connection.

I really try to feel the muscle contract though, i dont do any unnecessary weight in my opinion. Its just weights are getting easier, so i decide to go up. I saw the fit show and his techniques. heh ><

I agree that your chest is a weak point, but I don't think you need to follow a chest specific routine. Keep working hard and it will come. It's not that far behing everything else.

Be sure not to overtrain.

I'd say your bf% is fine for you to keep bulking to 190 aslong as you keep it clean.

^^^^ Nah, i wished I had more real "before" pics, but I was around the same height throughout high school, maybe gained 2 inches in 4 years. Went from 140 to 160 to 160 muscle and now 180.
Last 2 years=real lifting .
Maybe I'll throw in a pic from some time ago, just to show you how my body structure was.. You'll see that im LIGHTWEIGHT.

Well you're doing a very good job.

If you decided to bulk to 200 then cut you'd be pretty big!

As for chest, just keep at it. It doesnt seem your chest is very far behind. You've got a real good bench so I'm sure using good form you chest will be up to par in no time.

Would you say you have a small frame or large?

Its strange looking at peoples before and after pics because even those with a small frame completely change and you would never suspect it.

Would be interesting to see any of your earlier pics. 140 to 180 in 2 years is great progress. If you keep it up you'll hit 200 in no time!

Thanks for the comments,, you will see that I was a skeleton, but naturally stronger.. Some reason I bullied everyone when I was skinny, but dont now..
Time to workout short leg workout now , hit 405 PR deadlift yesterday , hit it in July also, but took time off for football season, but now im back to 405
