    not to sure, when i first maxed out on my deadlift when i first started squating i pulled 385, but that was 2 months ago, i'm sure i could get 470-500 somewhere in there.

    Also when i said 12 inches from lockout i mean like from the racks, it was the ROM

    I do believe i'm going to have to go back to bar holds tho, my grip is starting to fail me again, but we have to get a power bar first so if anyone would like to donate one just tell me

    I haven't really planned on any records, when i started powerlifting i focused on my bench like most people, but i soon realized that i'd have to start working on my squat and dead lift, i was kinda looking unproportional. I'm not really built for a dead lift my hands at my sides are almost at my hips lol.
