Novedex XT

I have started taking 3 caps of Novedex XT daily and I will post my results. I am looking to use the increase in testosterone to cut BF and hopefully gain a little strenght in the process. I've heard good things but we will see. I have been taking NXT for 3 days now. I don't feel or see any changes yet but its only day 3.

Starting Stats
BW - 225
BF 22.9%

Bench 335 x 4
Squat 475
Dead 515

As for diet, I am cutting out all of the crap that I eat (crackers, simplex carbs of all sorts) which that by itself will have some benefit but I am not trying to my reduce caloric intake. I will eat regular meals and suppliment with 50-75g of whey a day. Hopefully to stay within the 3000 cal a day range.

I know it must be placebo effect but I thought I looked bigger tonight. I am in my 2nd week of my 5 x 5 scheme and it was easier tonight than the last time I attempted 315 (4 week ago) where I got 5 but five was all I could handle. Tonight I got 6 and I might have gotten 7 if I would have had a lift off.

Bench
235 x 5

275 x 5
295 x 5

315 x 5 (4th set)
