Colon cleanse?

Ok, normally I won't think about doing this but... Recently I've been feeling very, very bloated all the time. I haven't had a decent bowel movement in weeks. At first I thought I just ate too much sugar at Christmas but I'm beginning to think I'm blocked up. I somethimes get cramps like I'm passing a lump of coal.

Has anyone ever used one of these colon cleansing products? I would prefer a pill or tea before I stick anything up my butt...

I use one every morning, it's called three glasses of water and a pot of coffee.

Try this stuff first, it really helps w/ bloating.

if the stuff you are passing is hard the chances are is that you are dehydrated. increase the amount of water you drink, cut out all of the sugars from your diet. you may not be taking in enough fats or fibre.

if these suggestions don't help then i'd suggest you go visit your doctor.

oh, and move more. mobility = motility!

You colon basically sucks water out of your ****. So if it's not functioning properly you should have loose/runny stools.

If that's the case, go see your doctor.
