Okay, I think I'll start using some soon, but I'm really clueless about it. Which one should I get? Should I get like protein shakes, or pure whey protein powder and mix that with like water and skim milk and such? Or put it in my oatmeal? Does it matter which brand or is all whey protein the same quality? I'm trying to cut so I can't get the ones with chocolate and vanilla flavor right? Or is that ok? Thanks.

But note that there is strawberry in one company and strawberry in another (flavor) and one will taste so much better than another...be sure to look at that sugar level and fats. Just from what I've learned experimenting with different kinds and the awesome help on bb.com
