critique me please
Critique me and not my pictures please, i know they are crappy. I've been lifting a total of about 6 months now since I got out here to Kuwait including the 4 weeks I had to take off when I went back to the states on R&R. I was 161 when I started and I weighed 197 last night. I have been trying to bulk as hard as I can but I have still stayed decently cut. What do you think my BF% is? See any weak areas I need to focus more on? How much furthur should I go before I try and cut? I was figuring about 225, if I can get there. I've been on the BSN stack for the past three months. If you want to get big; stop worrying about BF because you have none. Then start to eat to fuel the Beast and work on exercises for thickness and bulk. Move away from sculpting exercises for some time until you build up your base ; then slowly bring back more sculpting exercises.
Thickness exercises: Bench press, T-Bar, Squat.
Sculpting: Cable cross overs, pec decks.

I'm not worried about my BF at all, I have been concentrating solely on gaining mass. I have been having problems with my squats though. The strength is there to do 315 easy but on my second set with 275 my inner hip joints start to give me a sharp pain, I can't figure it out. The TMC said it was a pulled groin muscle but I think the Doc was full of $hit. I try to make up for it on the leg press. What's a T-bar? My flat bench has improved dramatically. My one rep max is 295. I also do deadlifts for core strength and as a mass builder. I think I've done good so far for only six months with a month off in the middle. I need my chest to come out more, my front delts stick out furthur than my chest. Thanx for the advice.

Not bad bro, Ive been on the BSN stack for about a month, minus the nitrix tho. I take musclemilk as well, I use it just for maintenence before bed or If I wont be able to eat a meal for a while. I use ON's 100% whey for PWO.
Lookin good but I say, go easy on the guns for a while. Its hard to tell from your pics but it looks like your back is way behind the rest of your body...then again it could just be the pictures.
Keep liftin hard dude.

I heard there were alot of roids going around out here and alot of soldiers were ordering them, then I heard the place they were ordering them from was busted; It was all in the Army Times. I still hear about them alot too, I heard they just found somewhere ele to order them from. They ain't for me at least not yet. I don't think I'll ever do them, I'm not looking to get THAT big.

I don't know how you could see my back in those pics but I'll try to get some pics of it to post on here. The one titled flexed you can actually see my lats going all the way down. I thought my back was too far ahead of the rest of me, except maybe my lower back. Thanx though.
