1...load up a barbell with whatever weight you want
2...step in front of the barbell
3...push the barbell up against your calves
4...grip the barbell a little more than shoulder width apart, legs should be just inside your arms.
5...squat down(like the bottom of a regular squat movement) and explode up with the bar
6...let the bar down slowly, back to the starting point
7...repeat.

I just did front squats today. I love them. My quads are fried right now. I did 4x8 with 2/3 of my back squat weight. They are a little hard on the shoulders, but that might just take some adjusting.
I used to be 135 pounds, give me a break.
